You may have seen our earlier post showcasing a small-space pre-Christmas campaign we produced for our client, Nae Limits in Ballanluig.  If not, here’s a reminder:

Seeing as we’re in the middle of a heated debate of the merits, or otherwise, of advertising in a recession, the results may be of interest: The campaign ran in a limited selection of titles in December with a total media spend of just under £2k. Our client has just emailed us to report record business for that month, with sales up 44% on December 2007.

Advertising -1, Recession – 0.

    Advertise in a recession and steal a march on your competitors.
