Cobblers, round 5

Woah, that was quick.  Friday again already?  Time for the next 60 Watt house ad in the series, appearing in the business section of today’s Scotsperson.  Or if you don’t have a copy handy, just scroll down a little.

Little green number

Any habitual after-dark perambulators of West Maitland Street may have noted the recent appearance of a rather lurid green light on the South side, just past the Post Office. But before you call Ghost Busters or tell your trendy mates about the West End’s latest night spot, it might be prudent to read on a little.

Another round of cobblers.

This is getting to be a habit.  Our fourth house ad appears in the Scotsman today and raises an interesting question: What is creative fluff and is it any use?

More cobblers

In case you haven’t seen today’s Scotsman, we’re in it again with our third house ad in the series.

After having dug to a depth of 10 meters last year, Scottish Archaeologists found traces of copper wire dating back 100 years and came to the conclusion that their ancestors already had a telephone network more than 100 years ago. Not to be outdone by the Scots, in the weeks that followed English scientists dug to [...]

Cobblers!

Why is it that ad agencies rarely advertise their own wares?
Fear?
Budget?
Laziness?
Modesty? (I think not – Ed)
Whatever the reason; it’s a sight less seen than hens’ teeth. Well, we can reveal that there are no hens’ teeth at 60 Watt (although the eagle-eyed observer will have spotted plentiful crows’ feet).
We’re putting the idea of advertising agencies [...]
